ADVANCED JUNIOR PROGRAM

This program will bring out the best in any aspiring tennis player and is extremely popular with developing players. The program integrates court movement activities and on-court drills with strategy and set play. Training is designed to develop areas of a player’s game that is relevant to that player’s specific strengths, weaknesses and game style, which represents the perfect preparation for tournament competition. Classes run for 3 hours per session, 5 times a week including 5 to 10 hours of intense tennis specific fitness program.
