HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

This program is open to players who are already competing at the ATP Tour level, ATP Challenger Level, at the ITF Futures Level or is a top junior or men’s player at the National level. The program emphasises on the Psychological aspects of the player, using latest scientific mental training techniques, which will simplify and provide clarity to the player to perform successfully at the International circuit.

BIOMECHANICAL VIDEO ANALYSIS

Technique is analysed biomechanically, to ensure maximum efficiency, through minimal but effective intervention strategies

MENTAL TRAINING

Motivation, Emotional Control, Concentration, Confidence, Visualisation Techniques, Handling pressure and Goal setting will be done using the most simplest form for easy learning.

OFF SEASON TRAINING

The Off-season training lasts from 2 to 6 weeks. Minor tweaks if necessary are done on the technical aspects to ensure a perfect combination of power and control. Considerable time spent on Practicing specific patterns of play. Initial week will start with more volume and less intensity and peak intensity reached during the final week with low volume.

TACTICAL TRAINING

Match play tactics and strategies are practiced through various situational drills, which will ensure automatic decision making during competition.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Tennis specific Fitness training is done with periodization and planning, to ensure peaking at the right time during the competitive year.

NUTRITION

The academy has tie ups with top sports nutritionists and physiotherapists, to help in the player development process. Players will go through blood tests and various other assessments and will be prescribed an ideal diet, based on the specificity of the training during that period.
